It's not unexpected that Shelton Davis Antiques, 4724 McPherson, has come up with yet another outstanding holiday window, above and below. Do you remember last year's that featured a Christmas tree staged to look like it was being pulled over by a little dog? It was so real and unexpected that many people stopped in to tell proprietors Jon Davis and Dan Shelton about the disaster in the window!
This year's entry in the 2013 Window Walk Contest is an elegant table set for an extravagant holiday feast, suitably illuminated by multiple chandeliers. The only thing missing is the invitation to join the party. Perhaps one day there'll be an actual dinner in progress. Wouldn't that be fun to witness? Stop by and shop for a gift, and while you're out and about cast a vote for your favorite window(s).
Notice the four forks at each place setting at Shelton Davis. So, you start from the outside in, right?
