Small things

Out my kitchen window there's a hummingbird resting—a rare occurrence indeed. In the garden an insect lights with gossamer wings, and Flowerpot Lepiota (non-edible!) appear in a blue pot. Small things add up to simple pleasures to be savored at times like these. I've been waiting for the right moment to post these photographs—I think that moment has arrived.
