There were many spectators enjoying both the children’s and dog parades last Saturday.
A Circus Kaput performer offered balloon animals to spectators in front of La Petite Spa, and a Cassie’s staffer handed out dog biscuits to 4-legged participants.
The judges tallied votes for the best ensemble, the most creative, and the cutest dog— I’m sorry to say I don’t know the winners.
Comedian Trish Bush, above right, emceed the doggie sit game.
As darkness fell I spotted a couple enjoying a quiet moment in Jeni’s and,
at Euclid and Pershing I did a double-take as this monster (shown here later on the stage) was being carried by 4 handlers to the site of the adult costume contest.
I hope you’re not tired of these photos yet, as there are more to come.
There are many people to thank for the Halloween festivities including Kate Haher, Executive Director of the CWE North Community Improvement District (CWE Scene) and Halloween event co-producers Frances Thompson and Dennis Gorg.
