I was ecstatic to see shoppers inside Left Bank Books once again—almost 2 weeks earlier than previously announced. Shoppers are limited to 15 at a time, masks required.
And next door, jeni’s has sold out of its latest flavor, “specially made for Dolly Parton,” which was just released last Thursday. I wonder if that’s why there were lines out the door all weekend.
One door south at East•West, there’s an array of handsome “camp collar” Gitman Vintage shirts—”an American heritage sport shirt line that pays tribute to the past”—visible through the window.
